Nearby, there are 4 free green parking lots with a total capacity of 90 spaces, including 4 PRM spaces. This area also includes bicycle parking, all of which is delimited by low fences and windbreaks around the perimeter of the areas planted with endemic species. There is also a central island composed of two twin constructions with a mineral aspect, separated by a crack-shaped void where their high winds should meet. One houses a technical room and the other 2 public toilets adapted to PRM.
The rowing club, the nautical base and the municipal sailing school are also located there, secured by a wooden fence. This sports center is completed by a beach soccer field with bleachers, a beach volleyball court, a ping-pong table and a street workout area. This area is also equipped with a water fountain, a bike park and a ramp for disabled access.
Its simple lighting furniture is inspired by the braseros or camps on the beach and is completed by suspended lighting of the lantern type fixed on steel cables between two poles. 136 trees of 7 different species were planted this winter and will provide the necessary shade when they mature. Animals are not allowed.
